Test Manager

We are seeking an experienced Test Manager to lead testing across a major global technology transformation program.

You will own the end-to-end test strategy, planning and execution, working closely with engineering, product and delivery teams to ensure quality, readiness and successful go-live.

Key Responsibilities
Own the overall Test Strategy, Test Plan and Schedule.
Lead testing across large-scale, complex technology programs, coordinating multiple delivery teams, systems and stakeholders.
Coordinate testing across multiple delivery teams and stakeholders.
Lead functional, integration, regression, performance and UAT testing.
Manage test environments, test data, entry/exit criteria and defect triage.
Identify and manage testing risks, dependencies and gaps.




Provide explicit reporting on test progress, quality and go-live readiness.
Drive the use of AI, automation and contemporary testing tools to improve efficiency and coverage.

About You We’re looking for a proven Test Manager with experience delivering testing across large, complex technology programs. You’ll be strategic but hands-on, comfortable working through complexity, resolving issues and keeping testing on track.

Solid stakeholder management, planning and communication skills are essential, along with a genuine interest in AI, automation and modern QA practices.
