The Role /n
Radical Systems requires experienced business analysts with experience in many of the following areas:
/n
/n
planning and facilitating requirements elicitation workshops
/n
analysing and documenting business, functional and technical requirements
/n
managing requirements traceability
/n
supporting a team of software developers throughout the project lifecycle by clarifying and communicating requirements, and filling knowledge gaps
/n
evaluating off the shelf solutions for their ability to meet client requirements
/n
working with test analysts to develop test scenarios from requirements.
/n
/n

an appreciation of the processes involved in developing and/or implementing business systems
/n
strong aptitude and demonstrated analytical skills with attention to detail
/n
outstanding written and verbal communication
/n
experience working closely with software developers and/or other business system implementation project team members
/n
comfort working in both waterfall and agile projects
/n
IIBA or other business analysis certifications
/n
a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent.
/n
