Responsibilities:
To provide a single point of contact for Customers (Internal users) by receiving and manning of calls, first-line Customer liaison
To facilitate the restoration of normal operational service with minimal business impact on the Customer within agreed service levels and business priorities
Provide Server Patching and backup
To provide first Level (phone) and second level onsite support; troubleshooting and resolution for standard and non-standard PC, hardware, software, printers and network/server
Process and technical Training will be provided
Required language(s): English,
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/ITE in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent.
Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Technical (IT) Service Desk and Onsite Desktop Support or equivalent. Fresh diploma holders are welcome to apply.
