The Role /n
We’re looking for a BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER to join a growing Canberra team and play a key role in generating new business and building long-term client relationships.
/n
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT, NETWORKING AND WINNING NEW BUSINESS ,
with the support of an established team behind them.

You’ll be responsible for identifying new opportunities, building relationships within the Mandarin-speaking community and converting leads into new business.
Key Responsibilities /n

Generate current business opportunities across the Canberra market
/n
Build and maintain strong relationships within the Mandarin-speaking community
/n
Convert warm and self-generated leads into new business
/n
Conduct market appraisals and present tailored solutions
/n
Network and develop referral relationships
/n
Manage and nurture client relationships
/n
Work collaboratively with the wider team to deliver a high level of service

About You /n

Previous experience in BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT IN REAL ESTATE
/n
Strong sales, communication and negotiation skills

Confident building relationships and generating new business
/n
Highly motivated and driven by results

Qualified, personable and well-presented
