This is a permanent full-time position supporting the manufacture of components for the Australian sugar industry.
/n
Working with a skilled team, you'll take the lead on machine setup, first-off verification, workshop planning, and mentoring apprentices and tradespeople while maintaining a solid focus on safety, quality and productivity.
/n
/n
Trade qualification as a Fitter & Turner or similar mechanical trade
/n
Experience in a manufacturing or machining environment
/n
CNC machine setting and programming experience
/n
Strong commitment to safety and quality
/n
Ability to lead by example and support others in the workshop
/n
Forklift, dogging or other relevant tickets are advantageous but not essential
/n
/n
