About The Opportunity /n

In this role, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our operations run smoothly and efficiently. This is a busy office-based role in Thirroul, close to the beach with in office parking, and candidates who live locally are encouraged to apply!

Some of your responsibilities will include:

/n

/n
Answering a high volume of incoming calls and responding to booking inquiries

/n
Organising jobs for technicians across Sydney, Wollongong, Southern Highlands,



Central Coast, and Canberra

/n
Providing a high level of customer service to all clients and property managers

/n
Writing up quotes based on client needs

/n
Managing schedules and ensuring timely service delivery

/n
Supporting the wider team during busy periods or sick leave and annual leave

/n

About You /n

The successful candidate will have:

/n

/n
Experience in a similar administration-based role, and experience scheduling trades would be ideal!

/n
Knowledge of pest management (ideal but not essential, as full training will be provided)

/n
Strong customer service skills and excellent time management abilities

/n
Proficient computer skills, including experience with systems such as Xero and Fergus, would be desirable

/n
A flexible attitude and ability to work in a quick-paced environment

/n
