One day you might be coaching Coordinators, developing action plans and supporting service quality.
The next, you'll be meeting with school leaders, collaborating on community events, coaching a team through challenges or helping shape the future direction of a service.
You'll be responsible for:Leading, mentoring and developing a team of Service Coordinators and EducatorsDriving service quality,



compliance and continuous improvementBuilding trusted partnerships with schools, families and local communitiesSupporting engaging, child-focused programs across your portfolioManaging workforce planning, rostering and operational performanceCoaching leaders through performance, development and growth opportunitiesSupporting incident management, risk and safety outcomesIdentifying opportunities to strengthen services and deliver exceptional experiences for childrenWhat's In It For You?
