Our services and team culture are driven by our values of Integrity, Innovation, Connection, Resilience and Growth.The RoleWe are looking for an Underwriting Administrator to join our Perth team.Reporting to the General Manager, WA, you will provide day-to-day administrative support to the underwriting team, helping facilitate quotes, renewals, endorsements and broker enquiries.
You will play an important role in delivering accurate, timely and professional service to our brokers and clients while supporting the team to develop and maintain a profitable portfolio.This is a great opportunity for someone with solid administration and customer service skills who is looking to build or continue their career in the insurance industry.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare quotes and claims historiesProduce and issue non-financial endorsementsFollow up on new business and renewal quotesRespond to broker and customer enquiries in a timely and professional mannerProvide accurate and high-quality administrative support to the underwriting teamManage incoming phone calls and emailsMaintain documents and files within relevant systemsLiaise with internal teams to support effective service deliveryBuild positive working relationships with underwriters, business development managers,
brokers and other stakeholdersComplete activities in line with agreed service standards and delegated authority limitsAbout YouYou will be organised, customer-focused and comfortable working across a range of administrative tasks.
