fleet and workshop customers with parts enquiriesProcess customer orders accurately and efficientlyPrepare quotations and follow up sales opportunitiesBuild and maintain strong customer relationshipsWork closely with warehouse teams to ensure timely fulfilment of ordersRespond to stock availability and inventory enquiriesSupport branch sales and customer service objectivesDeliver a consistently high standard of customer serviceQualificationsWe're looking for someone who enjoys helping customers, building relationships and being part of a high-performing team.To be successful, you'll bring:Previous Parts Interpreting experience within automotive, truck, commercial vehicle or related industries (highly regarded)Strong customer service and sales skillsExcellent communication and problem-solving abilitiesGood computer and administration skillsThe ability to manage multiple priorities in a rapid-paced environmentMechanical aptitude or an interest in vehicles and transportA current driver's licenceA positive attitude and willingness to learnAdditional InformationAbout TrucklineAt Truckline, we're passionate about keeping Australia's transport industry moving.
