Disability Support Worker - Warwick FarmFemale Hindi-Speaking Disability Support Worker – Warwick FarmOngoing Weekday Shifts | Community & Daily Living SupportNextt is seeking a reliable and committed FEMALE Disability Support Workerto provide ongoing support to a female participant in Warwick Farm, NSW.The participant lives with schizophrenia and requires a Support Worker who can provide consistent, respectful and person-centred assistance with her daily routine, personal care and community access.Hindi language skills are required to support effective communication and help build a comfortable and trusting working relationship.About the RoleYou will provide support with:Assisting the participant with her morning routine and getting started for the dayPersonal care and daily living activitiesHousehold chores and maintaining a comfortable home environmentPrompting medication in accordance with the participant's support planPreparing or prompting breakfastProviding companionship, reassurance and consistent supportCommunity access on Wednesdays, including transport to:Encouraging independence,
