Whether you are looking to step into a larger portfolio, join a different style of brokerage or simply see what is out there, we would love to hear from you.As an Account Manager, you will be the main point of contact for your clients and will be trusted to look after their insurance programs from renewal through to claims support.What the role involvesManaging a portfolio of SME and commercial clients and building strong, long-term relationshipsPreparing and negotiating renewals, including liaising with insurers and underwritersProcessing new business, mid-term adjustments and cancellations accurately and on timeProviding clear advice on coverage, policy wording and risk exposuresSupporting clients through the claims process and working closely with claims teamsMaintaining accurate records and meeting compliance requirementsWorking alongside brokers and the wider team to retain and grow client accountsAbout youA minimum of 1 year of experience in an insurance brokerageWorking knowledge of general insurance products,
