You'll represent our brand by providing elevated and memorable experiences for clients, visitors and employees, while supporting the team to continuously improve the office experience.Anticipate client and visitor needs, respond promptly to requests and take initiative to troubleshoot problems and find solutionsWork with the Workplace Lead to coordinate events and activations through collaboration with internal and external stakeholders and third-party suppliersAssist staff, clients and visitors with practical requirements, including security passes, Wi-Fi access and back-office activitiesIdentify opportunities to broaden our workplace offering and improve the client and employee experienceBuild strong relationships with internal stakeholders, external clients and vendors, helping model strong experience delivery across multiple locationsCoordinate facility-related queries, contractor coordination, maintenance and compliance activitiesWhat you'll bringExperience in a people-centred, client or customer service-focused roleExperience or training in catering or event management will be highly regarded,
