We are currently seeking a driven Associate Territory Manager to join our Foot & Ankle team in Perth, Western Australia.
This is an ideal opportunity for junior sales professionals, healthcare practitioners, or allied health professionals looking to transition into the medical device industry, with hands-on exposure to orthopaedic surgery, operating theatres, and innovative technologies that help patients regain mobility, reduce pain, and return to the activities they love.
Foot & Ankle is one of the fastest-evolving areas within orthopaedics, encompassing trauma, reconstruction, deformity correction, sports-related injuries, and advanced surgical solutions.
Working alongside leading orthopaedic surgeons, you'll play a key role in supporting procedures that can have a life-changing impact on patients' mobility and quality of life.
No prior medical device sales experience is required.

and thrive in fast-paced environments.Key ResponsibilitiesDrive sales growth and increase market share across Stryker's market-leading Foot & Ankle portfolioBuild strong relationships with surgeons, nursing staff, and hospital stakeholdersProvide clinical support in operating theatres, assisting surgeons and theatre teams during proceduresDeliver product demonstrations, education, and training to customersSupport inventory management and ensure product availability for surgical casesIdentify and pursue current business opportunities while maintaining existing customer relationshipsTravel across Perth and surrounding territories as requiredSkills and Experience RequiredSales, healthcare, allied health, or customer-facing experienceStrong commercial acumen and the ability to achieve targetsProven ability to build relationships and influence a variety of stakeholdersDemonstrated ability to identify opportunities and build new customer relationshipsHigh levels of motivation, resilience, and accountabilityA willingness to learn clinical concepts and operate confidently within a healthcare environmentPreferredKnowledge of anatomy, orthopaedics, biomechanics, foot & ankle pathology, rehabilitation, or surgical environmentsExperience working with clinicians, healthcare professionals,

These roles could have travel expectations, and you must work within the country of the job requisition location.
Field-based - You can expect to regularly work a majority to 100% of time at customer facilities and has a set territory or expectation to travel within a set boundary.
Almost all sales roles would likely be qualified as field-based.
Onsite - Role is 100% located at a Stryker facility.
Some ad hoc flexibility may be available depending on role, level, and job requirements.
Manufacturing roles and any role that requires physical presence at the office would qualify under this category.
Hybrid - You can expect to regularly work in both an alternate workplace and a Stryker facility.
Roles that are partially remote or co-located would qualify as hybrid, and the expectation to be onsite would be defined and agreed upon by your manager/supervisor.
