We provide consulting, service design and operational solutions to profit to member super funds addressing their member education, financial advice and unpaid super needs.Summary:We are seeking an experienced, highly organised, and detail-oriented Paraplanner to join our team.
The Paraplanner will be responsible for assisting financial advisers in creating financial plans for clients.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial planning concepts and be able to work collaboratively with advisers.
An understanding of the profit to member superannuation philosophy and individual client funds' services and position within the industry superannuation network would be an advantage.The OpportunityThis is a 12-month fixed-term contract with the possibility of a further 12-month contract or permanency at the end of the contract period.In this role you'll have the opportunity to:Gain exposure and work with a number of different Industry Funds ClientsWork closely with Financial Advisers from relevant funds to develop accurate and holistic Statements of Advice.Collaborate with other team members to deliver efficient service to clients.Participate in peer audit process to help improve or maintain knowledge and compliance within the team.The successful applicant will have:Completed or partially completed a Graduate Certificate of Financial Planning, or relevant tertiary qualificationRelevant tertiary qualifications are also considered an advantage.If required, be willing to undertake further study to ensure compliance with the Financial Advice Standards and Ethics Committee (FASEA).
