In this full-time role, you will be involved in all aspectsof New Car Stock control, working within a great sales team setting.What you'll be doingMaintaining accurate stock records in Dealer and Manufacturer Systems.Providing exceptional support to the Sales Departments, including sourcing of Vehicles and assisting with Delivery preparation.Meeting Manufacturer reporting guidelines including claims procedures.Identifying opportunities to optimise stock levelsGenerating reports and analysing data to provide insights and recommendations to managementWhat we're looking forMinimum 1-2 years of experience in vehicle stock controlStrong organisational and problem-solving skills with attention to detailExcellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with various stakeholdersA proactive and analytical mindset to identify and implement process improvementsBe self-motivated, focused, flexible and reliable.The ability to work to a high standard under pressure while ensuring deadlines are comfortably met.Previous experience with the use of Pentana (ERA) will be highly regarded.What we offerWe are committed to providing our employees with a supportive and collaborative work environment.
