Pioneering the outdoor play industry with our creative and innovative product ranges, Vuly stands out as a company like no other.This is a great opportunity to join a creative, hands-on team and play an important role in supporting our growing network of wholesale customers and retailers.About the RoleVuly is looking for a confident, outgoing and organised Wholesale Account Coordinator to join our team and support our growing network of retailers.In this role, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day support of our wholesale customers, including processing orders, answering product and service enquiries, keeping pricing and account information up to date, and coordinating marketing and visual merchandising materials.You'll build strong relationships with our retailers, work with internal teams to keep things running smoothly, and have the opportunity to contribute new ideas and improve processes.
There may also be opportunities for interstate travel to visit retailers and support the growth of our wholesale network.During quieter periods, you'll also have the opportunity to support our Direct Sales & Service team where needed.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport Account Managers with the day-to-day support of our wholesale customers and retailer network.Build and maintain strong relationships with our retailer network.Process wholesale orders and assist with product,



pricing and service enquiries.Follow up on orders and work with internal teams to ensure everything runs smoothly.Contact retailers to provide support and check in on their needs.Coordinate marketing materials and visual merchandising for retailers.Keep account, product and pricing information accurate and up to date.Assist with reporting, process improvements and general wholesale administration.Work with other teams and help where needed during busy periods.Participate in interstate travel to visit retailers and support the wholesale business.What we're looking forPrevious customer service experience.Friendly, confident and outgoing personality.Strong communication and people skills.Good organisation and attention to detail.Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced setting.Positive attitude and a genuine focus on great customer service.A team player who is happy to jump in and help where needed.Wholesale or B2B experience is a bonus.A creative mindset and willingness to share new ideas.Current driver's licence for interstate travel.What we offerMonday to Friday, 9:00am-5:00pmOpportunity for interstate travelGreat work cultureGrowth and development opportunitiesThe opportunity to work with a fun, creative and growing Australian brandBe careful - Don't provide your bank or credit card details when applying for jobs.
