We are an established Sydney CBD-based firm looking for a motivated law graduate, final-year law student or junior lawyer to join our team.
We are strategic legal advisers to ASX-listed entities, private companies, venture capital and private equity clients.
You will work directly with, and learn from, respected corporate and employment law specialists.
You will have day-to-day client interaction and perform wide-ranging and engaging work while being mentored by senior staff.
Key responsibilities
Provide transactional legal advice in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, funds management and employment law
Work on sophisticated corporate transactions and advisory work
Interact with clients on a day-to-day basis
Perform varied and engaging legal work under mentorship from senior staff
About you
Final-year law student with strong academic results, or law graduate who has commenced or completed College of Law (or other practical legal training),



or lawyer with up to 2 years' post-admission experience in corporate law or another practice area
Strong desire to pursue a career in corporate law
Willingness to learn, take ownership and embrace challenges
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Keen attention to detail
Intellectually curious and commercially minded
