We work across mining, industrial and construction projects and are known for our strong safety focus, quality standards and experienced team.About the RolesWe are seeking a Civil Construction Supervisor and a Mechanical Construction Supervisor to lead crews and coordinate works within their respective disciplines.The Civil Supervisor will oversee earthworks, formwork, reinforcement, concreting and associated civil infrastructure.The Mechanical Supervisor will oversee the installation and assembly of mechanical equipment, piping and associated infrastructure.Both positions are hands-on leadership roles, responsible for coordinating daily site activities and ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently and in accordance with project drawings, specifications and quality requirements.You will work closely with clients, engineers, project teams and site personnel to plan activities, coordinate resources,



resolve issues and keep projects progressing.About YouMinimum five years' experience supervising civil construction or mechanical construction and installation projects, relevant to the position you are applying forProven experience leading crews in mining environments, including underground worksCivil applicants: Practical knowledge of earthworks, formwork, reinforcement and concrete constructionMechanical applicants: Solid understanding of mechanical equipment installation, assembly and piping systemsStrong leadership, planning and people management skillsAbility to coordinate labour, equipment and subcontractors to meet project schedulesStrong understanding of mining safety requirements and site proceduresAbility to read and interpret drawings and project documentation relevant to your disciplineMining experience is essentialAbility to pass a pre-employment medical and drug and alcohol testingRelevant mining supervisor qualifications or equivalent are preferredKnow someone suitable?
