Working as part of our production team, you will operate production machinery and equipment safely and efficiently, manufacture and finish products to quality specifications, prepare raw materials, monitor production processes, and support packing, dispatch and warehouse activities.This is a permanent full time role suited to someone who is reliable, practical, safety-conscious and interested in developing their skills and building a long-term career in manufacturing.Key responsibilitiesOperating production machinery and equipment safely and efficientlySetting up, adjusting, calibrating and cleaning production machineryManufacturing and finishing products to quality specificationsPreparing raw materials for productionMonitoring machines and production processes to maintain quality and productivityCarrying out routine safety checks and identifying or reporting equipment issuesCNC cutting and other machine operation, depending on experience and trainingPacking finished products and preparing customer orders for dispatchReceiving incoming goods and assisting with stock movementsMonitoring raw materials and stock quantitiesCompleting production records and other basic documentationMaintaining a clean, organised and safe factory and warehouseWorking closely with supervisors and team members to meet production requirementsAbout youWe are looking for someone who takes pride in their work and can be relied upon as part of a small manufacturing team.You will ideally have:Previous experience in manufacturing, production, machine operation or a similar hands‐on environmentA strong work ethic and reliable attendance and punctualityGood attention to detail and a commitment to producing quality workA practical,
