We are ideally positioned to provide exceptional vehicle transport services to both individuals and OEM customers.The Position:We are hiring a Commercial Analyst for our Commercial Team to develop, enhance, and manage reporting suites for executive and cross-functional stakeholders.
This role involves analyzing data to identify trends, improving operational and financial performance, and providing actionable insights to meet company targets.What you will do:Develop, maintain, and automate accurate dashboards and reports for internal/external stakeholders to monitor business performanceAnalyse spends and commercial data to generate actionable insightsExtract, manipulate, and analyse data to support ad-hoc queries and reporting requirementsConduct commercial analysis, price modelling, and cost analysis for new business tenders and existing operationsMaintain, audit, and update customer/subcontractor rate cards and pricing elements in the operating systemDevelop rate calculators and support rate queries from Customer Service TeamsProvide management support for ad-hoc queries, data requests, and report generationEvaluate and implement proprietary KPI methodologies to improve efficiencyAnalyse automotive industry trends to provide recommendations for future business decisionsPerform system administration, including rate uploads, invoice reconciliation, and quote registrationRun training workshops to educate stakeholders on new analytics products, solutions,
