The Albury Wodonga Military Area consists of 3 barracks and is home to the Army's Logistic Training Centre, Joint Logistics Unit Victoria and Schooling in various areas.
This is a large base providing services to over **** Defence Force members.
The health centre provides primary medical, dental, nursing, physiotherapy, mental health, and pharmaceutical care.
There is also a 20-bed low dependency ward which operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
The standard operating hours are 07:*******:30 Monday – Friday (depending on role requirements and specific craft groups required for weekend and on-call shifts).




Experience in an acute healthcare setting or primary medical setting is preferred.This role is primarily Monday to Friday (day shift) within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.After-hours, weekend and on-call shifts may be required depending on role requirements and base location.This is a full time role.What You'll DoDeliver nursing care to Defence personnel under the direction and supervision of a Registered NurseProvide outpatient care, and where required support inpatient care within a health centre or hospital settingAdminister medications (where endorsed) in line with legislative requirements and clinical protocolsAssist with patient assessments, treatment plans and health promotion activitiesWork collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to deliver safe, productive and high-quality careWhat You BringCurrent unconditional and unrestricted AHPRA registration as an Enrolled Nurse (Division 2)Minimum two years' post registration nursing experience in acute care, primary healthcare or similar setting within the last five yearsMedication endorsement (if applicable to role requirements)Commitment to clinical governance, infection control and high-quality patient careCurrent CPR certification (HLTAID009)Australian Citizenship required (baseline security clearance)Commitment to CPD and ongoing professional developmentWho We AreSerco supports governments by delivering essential services across defence, health, justice, maritime and community services.Through our partnership with Bupa, we provide integrated on-base healthcare to Australian Defence Force personnel across 45+ locations.
