About the Role
As a PCA, AIN or Aged Care Worker, you will provide high-quality care and support to residents in residential aged care facilities.
Working alongside experienced clinical and care teams, you will help promote resident wellbeing, dignity and quality of life.
Your responsibilities may include:
Assisting residents with personal care and daily living activitiesSupporting mobility, transfers and repositioningAssisting with meals, hydration and nutritionBuilding positive relationships with residents and their familiesMonitoring resident wellbeing and reporting changes in conditionMaintaining accurate documentation and care recordsWorking collaboratively within multidisciplinary care teams
What You'll Need
Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing), Aged Care or equivalentMinimum 6 months recent experience in residential aged careCurrent National Police CheckCurrent NDIS Worker Screening CheckExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsReliable, professional and compassionate approach to careAvailability to work morning, afternoon, night and weekend shiftsFull Australian working rights
