We prioritize high-quality food and beverage service and a friendly atmosphere and we are currently seeking a manager who has the experience in running daily pub operations with a strong background in A la Carte dining.About the roleThis role offers the chance to work in a vibrant, traditionally styled pub setting where you will lead the team with a hands on approach to enhance our customers overall experience.
You will oversee the daily operations of all front of house procedures in our public bar, tab, gaming room, restaurant and function areas.
Other key aspects in the role will include:responsibility for overseeing 10+ staff at any one timetrain, motivate and develop a dynamic team to ensure our customers always receive a positive experienceexcellent attention to detailcash reconciliation and detailed reportinggaming & TAB operational experience preferredunderstanding of cellar operationsgood working knowledge of Now Book It (or other)
