This is a hands‐on communications role suited to someone who enjoys stakeholder engagement, translating complex information into transparent messaging, and driving workforce adoption of new initiatives.Design and implement communication and engagement channels for field-based workforcesCreate and distribute workforce communications, project updates and operational bulletinsPartner with project teams,



managers and field delivery crews to ensure key messages are communicated effectivelySupport workforce engagement initiatives across large-scale telecommunications projectsCoordinate communication platforms, digital tools and mobile workforce applicationsMonitor engagement activities and provide insights through reporting and analyticsSupport project delivery, stakeholder management and change management activitiesTo be successful in the role you will:Have 3-5+ years' experience in communications, employee engagement, stakeholder engagement or project communicationsHave experience within telecommunications, infrastructure, construction, utilities or related industriesBe confident engaging with stakeholders across both corporate and field-based environmentsPossess excellent written communication skills with the ability to simplify complex informationHave strong Microsoft 365 skills, particularly SharePoint and collaboration platformsBring a proactive, relationship-focused approach and enjoy working in fast-paced project environmentsExperience with workforce engagement, change management, Viva Engage, Teams or mobile workforce applications will be highly regardedWhat's on offer for you:A stable 6 month contract with potential for extensionAutonomous role with virtual team collaborationHybrid working arrangement offering flexibilityWork on a major national NBN transformation programLocations available across Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and East Perth
