You will facilitate a quick turnaround from identifying allocation trend opportunities, to delivery of the product to the selling floor, ensuring all orders are accurately processed and deliveries are made on time.Based at our Head Office in the heart of the CBD, located at 388 George Street ****, this is a full time hybrid role working from home and in the office weekly.Note, this is a fixed term contract ending 30 April ****.Duties & ResponsibilitiesOrder processing - maintaining data, creation and allocation of replenishment orders and daily maintenance of stock to storesSales analysis - identify markdowns, store transfers, margin management and prepare stock on hand reports, including recommendationsStore communication - monitor deliveries,



stock requests and respond to store queries and communicationsSystem maintenance across multiple systems ensuring all changes are correct and up to dateAdmin duties - updating the promotional calendar and communications, ad hoc reporting/tasks as requiredSkills & ExperienceExperience in a similar role supporting a retail buying and/or planning team within the retail apparel industry 1-2 years demonstrated allocations experiencePrevious experience using Epicor, SAP, MapleLake and/or Qlikview preferredAdvanced Microsoft Office skills, in particular with ExcelStrong attention to detail and accuracy with the ability to work and think under pressure with competing tasks and problem solvingExceptional communication skills with the ability to follow-up tasksSound numerical and analytical skillsAbout The CompanyPVH is one of the world's largest and most admired fashion companies, connecting with consumers in over 40 countries.
