Inteliprint has an exciting opportunity for a talented and motivated Junior – Intermediate Graphic Designer / Customer Service Assistant to learn practical on-the-job skills and support our team.About InteliprintWith over 30 years in business, Inteliprint is a leading multifaceted digital print provider, supporting both B2B and B2C clients across Australia with their visual communications needsWe are based in Hamilton North, Newcastle, and Pride ourselves on quality, service and attention to detail.Your RoleThis position focuses on graphic design and customer service support, ensuring every job is professionally designed, files are set-up correctly and ready for seamless print production.Learn how to manage the technical side of print projects while helping customers bring creative concepts to life—delivering polished artwork and an exceptional client experience from start to finish.Your daily responsibilities will include:Providing excellent customer service, responding to enquiries and guiding clients through artwork requirementsLiaising with clients to clarify briefs, resolve artwork issues and recommend practical print solutionsPre-flighting and preparing client-supplied files for professional printingSetting up artwork correctly for various print applications (bleed, trim, colour profiles, resolution and imposition)Identifying and resolving file issues before they impact production timelinesCompleting artwork amendments and ensuring brand consistencyDesigning marketing materials, promotional products, signage and other print collateral when requiredMaintaining organised file management and workflow systemsSupporting the Print Production team by delivering accurate,



press-ready files along with production where requiredPrint & Finishing (as required) Over time gain familiarity with our print and finishing equipment to provide additional support to to the teamThis role is ideal for a people-focused all-rounder with a genuine drive to learn, develop and grow.What We're Looking ForIntermediate – expert skills in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop essential).
Additionally, intermediate to advanced skills in Canva would be highly regarded, but not essential.Photography and videography skills for use across our social media and website marketing would be highly regarded, though not essential.Strong understanding of best practices for preparing print-ready artwork.An robust level of attention to detail — you spot what others missA willingness to learn the art of print production – colour management, bleed, trim, resolution, print specifications, print processes, stock types & finishing techniques.A mature mindset with a calm, solutions-focused approachAbility to work both independently and as part of a small teamStrong communication skills and a commitment to high quality outcomesMinimum 2+ years' experience with graphic design / pre-press / Customer serviceWhat We OfferWe offer an excellent remuneration package, well above industry standards, with a base salary of between $55,000 & $70,000 pa (pro rata) to be confirmed, based on experience.This is a part-time position, working four days per week.
30.4 hours per week.
