The Exercise Physiologist will deliver recovery-focused care from assessment to discharge planning, supporting consumers with complex mental health needs alongside a multidisciplinary team.They will develop personalised care plans with consumers, carers and families, and provide clinical advice and supervision to students and junior staff while promoting
