The Salvation Army in Australia is seeking an Assertive Outreach Support Worker to join a Perth-based mobile outreach team.
This fixed-term full time role runs to 30 June ****, with SCHADS Level 4 pay, supporting people experiencing homelessness across the Perth CBD and surrounding areas.You will provide outreach, assessment, referrals, advocacy and practical assistance while helping clients access housing, health, income support and services.
