You will be exposed to various areas of HR activities, in particular recruitment, within the luxury retail industry, and have the opportunity to perform hands‐on HR operations.With a strong focus on recruitment and talent, you will take responsibility for the recruitment function in collaboration with the Senior HR Manager.This opportunity offers a great sense of challenge to an experienced and motivated HR Coordinator looking to work in a friendly, fast‐paced and growing environment.Main Responsibilities:End-to-end recruitment activity, maintaining a strong talent pipeline for both Corporate & Retail team using recruitment platforms such as SEEK, SEEK Talent Search, and LinkedIn Recruiter.HRIS management and data entry.Onboarding and offboarding,



conduct First Day HR Inductions with new team membersCollaborate with IT departments for current starter toolsProviding support and advice to team members in relations to HR mattersUpdate and maintain employee recordsGood understanding of Modern Awards and Enterprise AgreementsHandling OH&S; and workers compensation as requiredPreparation of various HR related reportingBack up payroll processingGeneral administrative dutiesAssisting the Senior HR Manager and General Management team with ad-hoc dutiesKnowledge RequiredTertiary Qualification/s in Human resources management are desirableHuman Resources experience in a similar environment, retail recruitment experience highly regarded (Agency or In‐House).
