We are now seeking an experienced Weddings Manager to join our team.
This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in delivering exceptional wedding experiences for our clients.
As Weddings Manager, you will oversee the complete planning, coordination and execution of wedding events, ensuring every celebration exceeds expectations.What you'll be doingManaging the full lifecycle of wedding events, from initial client consultation through to post-event follow-upCoordinating with clients to understand their vision, preferences and requirements, translating these into detailed event plansLiaising with internal teams including catering, kitchen, bar and service staff to ensure seamless event executionPreparing detailed event briefs, timelines and logistics documents for all stakeholdersOversee the full setup, coordination and execution of each wedding on the day, ensuring all spaces, suppliers, styling, timelines and operational requirements are in place and managed seamlessly to deliver an exceptional experience for the couple and their guests.Conducting site visits and venue walkthroughs to assess logistics and plan setup requirementsOverseeing menu planning and tastings with clients, working closely with our culinary teamManaging vendor relationships and coordinating with external suppliers including florists,
