Our growing Early Education to Year 12 college is seeking a highly organised and professional Executive Assistant to support the Principal and lead the College's enrolments and communications.About Stromlo Forest Anglican CollegeStromlo Forest Anglican College is the first new Anglican school in Canberra in more than twenty years, and is an Early Education to Year 12 school.
The College opened in ****, will grow to Year 8 in **** and will ultimately serve more than 1,800 students.Our ethos is grounded in the Anglican tradition and guided by our core values of Love and Courage.About the RoleReporting to the Principal, the Executive Assistant manages the day-to-day operations of the Principal's Office and provides high-level, confidential administrative support.
The role also leads the College's enrolment and communications functions, playing a key part in supporting the College's growth and representing the College to families, staff and the wider community.As a member of our founding team, you will help establish the systems, processes and standards that will serve the College for years to come.Key ResponsibilitiesExecutive support: manage the Principal's calendar, correspondence, meetings and priorities; prepare documents, reports and presentationsMeetings and governance: prepare agendas, papers and minutes; support Board and regulatory reportingEnrolments: manage enquiries, College tours, applications, interviews, offers, waitlists and enrolment data and reportingCommunications: coordinate the weekly community update, College correspondence, website and social media content, and brand consistencyEvents: coordinate Principal-hosted events, Open Mornings,



Orientation Days and community functionsAdministration: provide support for recruitment, staff onboarding and office operationsAbout YouProven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a senior administrative role, preferably in a school or education settingExcellent written communication, editing and proofreading skillsExperience in enrolments, admissions, customer service or database managementExperience with websites, social media and community communicationsAdvanced skills in Microsoft 365 and the ability to learn new systems quicklyStrong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing prioritiesA high level of discretion, professionalism and sound judgementWillingness to support the Anglican ethos and values of the CollegeA current ACT Working with Vulnerable People registration (or the ability to obtain one)Why Join Us?
