structures and strategies as it continues to grow.The PositionThis is an opportunity to take over an established portfolio with approximately 80% of the properties based in the Northern Suburbs.You will be supported with additional administration support within the office.Your responsibilities will include:Managing an established residential portfolioMaintaining strong relationships with owners and tenantsManaging maintenance, arrears, renewals and general portfolio mattersHandling more complex tenancy matters including SACAT rulings and tenancy agreementsEnsuring the portfolio is well maintained and managedWorking closely with the wider Property Management teamUsing PropertyMe to manage your portfolioThe CriteriaWe are looking for an experienced and capable Senior Property Manager who takes ownership of their portfolio and genuinely cares about delivering a good outcome for their clients.You will ideally have:Solid residential Property Management experienceConfidence managing more complex tenancy mattersExperience with SACAT and tenancy agreementsA current SA Property Management RegistrationA current driver's licenceStrong organisational and communication skillsThe ability to work autonomously while contributing to a teamA reliable, accountable and proactive approachA genuine care factor for your clients, tenants and teamAll applications to Gough Recruitment are strictly confidential and will not be discussed with anyone outside of Gough Recruitment without your consent.
