Lead financial reporting, compliance and balance sheet control for a complex, multi-entity businessYour new company We are partnering with a large, well-established organisation to appoint a technically robust Financial Accounting Manager to support a busy reporting and compliance function.This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone who enjoys owning the numbers, improving controls and working across a complex, multi-entity environment.Your new role Lead month-end reporting including group consolidation and variance analysisMaintain strong balance sheet control, including review and approval of reconciliationsOversee statutory reporting and tax compliance (FBT, income tax, and regulatory returns)Manage and develop a small finance teamAct as key contact for external auditors and tax advisorsDrive process improvements across reporting,
