The organisation is involved in a varied pipeline of work spanning health, industrial, data centres, education and aged care.What you'll need to succeed As a Senior Project Engineer, you will play a key role in the successful delivery of the project, taking ownership of multiple work packages from inception through to completion.
Your responsibilities will include:Managing subcontractors and suppliers to ensure efficient delivery aligned with programme and quality expectationsDeveloping and maintaining construction programmes and schedules to drive timely project outcomesSupporting procurement processes to ensure cost-effective and high-quality material sourcingIdentifying and implementing value engineering opportunities to optimise project deliveryMonitoring project performance across time, cost, quality and HSE metricsEnsuring adherence to safety standards and contributing to a solid site safety cultureA relevant tertiary qualification in construction, engineering or a related disciplineA minimum of 8+ years' experience in a similar role within the construction industryProven experience delivering large-scale building projectsStrong communication, stakeholder management and leadership skillsThe ability to manage competing priorities and drive outcomes in a fast-paced environmentWhat you'll get in return This is an opportunity to join a reputable contractor known for delivering high-quality projects and fostering a collaborative and supportive team environment.
