About You
As a Diverse Learning Coordinator, you will inspire students through engaging, student-centered teaching within a Catholic learning environment.
The position is a 1-point promotional role, temporary for up to 3 years, however your teaching position will be full-time and permanent.
You'll bring:
expertise in Diverse Learning Needs, with additional teaching areas advantageousengaging, rigorous, planned learning experiences catering to the diverse needs of studentsthe ability and experience in developing individual learning plans that include learning adjustments, post-school support,



enrolment in discrete or life skill courses, special provisions and work placementa highly collaborative approach and ability to build the collective and individual capacity of the Diverse Learning Support teamexperience with programming and assessment design, reporting and feedbackdata and evidence-based approaches to foster school improvementexemplary classroom practice, utilising a range of effective contemporary pedagogiesproven ability to differentiate instruction, cater for the diverse needs of learners and personalise learning for students from Year 7 to Year 12formative and summative assessments to drive student progressa data-informed approach to setting challenging learning objectives and providing constructive feedbackability to support the inclusive Catholic religious and cultural environment for studentsexcellent classroom management skills focused on student well-beingstrong classroom management and student well-being focusability to create inclusive, rigorous learning experiencesa tertiary qualification in Education and NESA accreditationsecondary education experience and qualifications in Diverse Learning SupportReligious Education qualifications or the willingness to achieve them as per Accreditation Policy to Work, Teach, and Lead.
