The People & Culture team plays an important role in supporting leaders, developing talent and creating a strong employee experience across the organisation.About the roleThis is a fantastic opportunity for an HR / L&D; professional looking for a diverse role that combines hands-on HR support with learning and development.You'll work closely with managers and stakeholders across the business, providing practical HR support while also coordinating and delivering learning initiatives that build capability across the workforce.You'll have genuine ownership of projects, the opportunity to build strong stakeholder relationships and the ability to see the direct impact of your work.What you'll be doingProvide day-to-day HR advice and support to managers and employeesSupport employee lifecycle activities including onboarding,
performance, development and engagementCoordinate learning and development programs across the businessWork with stakeholders to identify training and capability needsCoordinate training sessions, schedules, attendance and reportingSupport the development of training materials and learning resourcesSupport HR projects, people initiatives and continuous improvementPrepare HR and L&D; reports, documentation and communicationsBuild strong relationships with managers and key stakeholdersAbout youPrevious experience in an HR Advisor, HR Generalist, L&D; Advisor or similar roleStrong understanding of HR fundamentals and the Australian employment landscapeExperience coordinating learning and development initiativesConfident communicating and building relationships with stakeholders at all levelsProactive, solutions-focused and comfortable taking ownershipExperience within retail, multi-site or high-volume environments will be highly regardedWhat's on offer$120,000 base + superOpportunity to work across a large national workforceStrong stakeholder exposure and ownershipSupportive People & Culture teamOpportunity for career development and progressionEmployee benefits and staff discounts
