Working within a high-volume, fast-paced environment, the team is focused on delivering fair, accurate and timely outcomes while applying relevant legislation, policy and procedural requirements.Your new role As a Review and Assessment Officer, you will support the review and assessment of complex applications, ensuring information is analysed thoroughly and recommendations are clearly documented.This role will suit someone who is comfortable working through high volumes of detailed, repetitive assessment work while maintaining accuracy, consistency and strong attention to detail.
Your responsibilities will include: Reviewing and assessing complex and sensitive applications in line with legislation, policy and proceduresAnalysing information from a range of sources to support evidence-based decision-makingPreparing clear, accurate and concise written assessments, briefings and recommendationsManaging a caseload of applications within required timeframesLiaising with applicants,
