Your new company I'm partnering with a large Queensland Government organisation delivering a significant ICT-enabled business transformation program.
This high-profile initiative is focused on improving workforce management capabilities and embedding sustainable business process change across a complex operational setting.As the program progresses through a critical implementation phase, an experienced Change Lead is required to drive stakeholder adoption, business readiness and long-term change outcomes.Your new role As the Change Lead, you will be responsible for leading the delivery of change management activities that support the successful implementation of a large-scale workforce management transformation program.
Working closely with Business Transformation teams, Change Specialists and key stakeholders, you will drive engagement, communication and adoption strategies to ensure successful and sustainable change.Key responsibilities include:Leading change management implementation activities across the programDelivering stakeholder engagement and communication strategiesSupporting business readiness, user adoption and benefits realisationConducting change impact assessments and developing targeted interventionsManaging change risks, issues and resistance strategiesDeveloping and delivering change collateral,
