Providing high-level administrative assistance to senior stakeholders and professional staff, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth delivery of client services within a fast-paced environment.Duties will include:Supporting client onboarding and engagement processesPreparing and processing client invoicesManaging debtor administration activitiesCoordinating regulatory lodgements and compliance documentationPreparing documentation for electronic signing platformsAssisting with meeting coordination and preparation of associated materialsEstablishing and maintaining client records and correspondenceUpdating and maintaining databases and client information systemsProviding general administrative support across the business as requiredWhat you'll need to succeed To be successful in this role,
