Major Project Leadership Role Excellent Package & Career Progression I Salary + Uplift + Travel, Accom/MealsYour new company Due to a recently awarded major infrastructure project, our client is seeking both a Project Manager and Senior Project Manager to join their leadership team.This is a rare opportunity to take ownership of a high-profile brownfield project from its early delivery phases and play a key role in the successful execution of major civil construction works.The project scope includes extensive bulk earthworks, civil groundworks, utilities, roads, pavements, foundations and large concrete structures, offering the prospect to work on one of the region's most significant civil infrastructure developments.Your new role Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for leading the overall delivery of major project packages or the project as a whole, ensuring successful outcomes across safety, programme, budget, quality and stakeholder management.This role will suit individuals who enjoy taking ownership, leading teams and driving outcomes in a collaborative project environment.Key responsibilities include:Leading project delivery from commencement through to completionManaging project budgets, forecasting and financial performanceAdministering contracts and managing commercial outcomesBuilding and maintaining strong client relationshipsLeading project engineers, supervisors and delivery teamsCoordinating subcontractors, suppliers and consultantsMonitoring project schedules and key milestonesDriving safety,
