We are seeking an experienced Toolmaker to join our team at Unique Tooling P/L in Wetherill Park, NSW.
As a Toolmaker, you will be responsible for the manufacture, and maintenance of high-quality plastic injection moulding tools, dies, and other precision components for our diverse range of industrial clients.
This is a full-time position offering a market-competitive salary and excellent benefits.What you'll be doingBuild to print and manufacture a variety of tools, dies, jigs, and fixtures to precise specificationsOperate a range of metalworking equipment such as lathes, mills, grinders, and CNC machines to produce parts to exacting tolerancesPerform maintenance and repairs on existing tools and equipment to ensure optimal performanceCollaborate with engineers and production teams to develop innovative solutions to complex manufacturing challengesMaintain detailed records and documentation to support quality assurance and continuous improvement initiativesWhat we're looking forFormal trade qualifications in toolmaking or a related engineering disciplineExtensive experience (8+ years) in a toolmaking or machinists role, ideally in a manufacturing environmentProficiency in operating a variety of metalworking equipment,
