This team provides essential corporate systems and payroll support across a complex, statewide operating environment.Your new role Working within a high-volume service desk and contact centre, you will provide responsive customer and systems support to internal users.
Your responsibilities will include:Managing enquiries received by phone and emailCompleting user access administration and identity verificationAssessing, prioritising and escalating customer requestsRecording incidents and requestsLiaising with payroll and rostering users to resolve enquiriesProviding clear updates on incidents and service requestsMaintaining accurate records and activity reportsMeeting service standards, performance targets and deadlinesSupporting continuous improvement and customer satisfactionWhat you'll need to succeed To be successful, you will demonstrate:Experience managing high volumes of inbound enquiriesCustomer service,



contact centre or help desk experienceStrong written and verbal communication skillsThe ability to gather information and explain complex matters clearlyExcellent accuracy, organisation and attention to detailThe ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced team environmentA solid commitment to delivering quality customer serviceExperience with payroll, rostering, user access administration or service management systems will be highly regarded.
