VPN connectivity and printer servicesSupport mobile devices and endpoint technologiesMaintain accurate IT asset and software licensing recordsSupport video conferencing systems, smart meeting rooms and collaboration technologiesAssist with desktop infrastructure maintenance and business continuity activitiesDocument technical procedures and resolutions to improve service deliveryEscalate complex issues to appropriate technical teams when requiredSkills & ExperiencePrevious experience within a Service Desk, Desktop Support or IT Support roleStrong knowledge of Windows desktop environments, hardware and peripheral supportExperience working within an ITIL-based support environmentExcellent troubleshooting, analytical and problem-solving skillsStrong communication and customer service focusExperience supporting user accounts, remote access and networking fundamentalsExposure to Mobile Device Management (MDM) platforms such as Intune highly regardedExperience with Azure Virtual Desktop or remote desktop environments is advantageousWhat's on Offer?
