They are seeking an Executive Assistant with experience in a fast-growing or start-up environment who is highly responsive, organised, and adaptable.
The ideal candidate thrives in ambiguity, enjoys creating structure from the ground up, and remains calm when managing change, competing priorities, and hands-on tasks.Your new role Reporting to senior executives, you will provide high-level support across a broad range of executive, operational, and project-based responsibilities.
You'll need to be adaptable, commercially switched on and comfortable with ambiguity.
Key responsibilities include:Providing executive support to 2 senior leaders, including complex diary management, travel coordination, meeting scheduling, and preparation of reports and presentationsActing as a trusted business partner and gatekeeper, managing competing priorities and ensuring executives operate effectivelyCoordinating projects and strategic initiatives, liaising with stakeholders across multiple departments to ensure successful deliveryPreparing professional communications, agendas, reports, presentations,
