We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Credit Collections Officer to play a key role in managing customer accounts, improving payment outcomes, and building strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.About the RoleReporting directly to the General Manager, you will be responsible for managing delinquent accounts, negotiating repayment solutions, and helping customers return to positive payment behaviours while delivering exceptional service.ResponsibilitiesManage collections activities across a portfolio of customer accountsContact customers to secure payments and negotiate suitable payment arrangementsRespond to enquiries from customers, brokers and external stakeholdersProvide regular updates and reporting on delinquent accountsWork closely with internal teams to rehabilitate overdue accountsAssist with repossession,
