APS4 Executive Assistants 6-12 month non-ongoing roles supporting Branch Heads APS EA experience requiredYour new companyThis high-profile Federal Government department plays an important role in delivering initiatives that support Australia's energy and environmental priorities.An exciting opportunity is available for two experienced APS4 Executive Assistants to join a busy and cooperative division.
Each successful candidate will provide dedicated support to a Branch Head.These positions are available as non-ongoing contracts for an initial 6-12-month period, with the possibility of extension and/or permanency for the right candidates.Your new roleAs an APS4 Executive Assistant, you will provide professional, proactive and high-quality support to a Branch Head.
You will work in a fast-paced environment, managing competing priorities and helping ensure the smooth operation of the executive office.Your responsibilities will include:Managing complex calendars, appointments and meeting schedulesMonitoring the Branch Head's inbox and prioritising correspondenceCoordinating meetings, travel arrangements and itinerariesPreparing meeting papers, briefing packs and routine correspondenceLiaising professionally with internal and external stakeholdersCoordinating actions,
