Your New RoleAs a Customer Service Consultant, you will be the first point of contact for customers, assisting with enquiries, policy administration and claims-related support.
Working within a fast-paced and highly regulated environment, you will provide exceptional service while helping customers navigate processes and resolve queries efficiently.Key responsibilities include:Managing inbound customer enquiries via phone and emailAssisting customers through claims and policy processesProviding accurate information on products,
