They support a range of industries, including mining, energy, and industrial operations, delivering technical expertise and reliable solutions to help maintain the safety, performance, and integrity of critical electrical infrastructure.Your new role Coordinate workforce planning, scheduling, and employee compliance requirementsMaintain training, competency, licence, and compliance records across the workforceMonitor expiries and ensure personnel remain compliant with site and company requirementsAssist with workforce mobilisation, onboarding, and workforce planning activitiesPrepare reports, maintain spreadsheets, and ensure accurate record managementLiaise with employees, supervisors, and stakeholders regarding compliance and workforce requirementsSupport operational teams by managing competing priorities and changing schedulesProvide general administrative support to the compliance and operations teamsWhat you'll need to succeed Previous experience in compliance administration, workforce planning, scheduling,



or a similar roleExperience working within the mining industryMicrosoft Office skills, particularly ExcelStrong organisational and time management skillsExcellent attention to detail and accuracyAbility to manage changing priorities and workloadsStrong communication and stakeholder engagement skillsGood problem-solving skills and the ability to work autonomouslyStrong memory and ability to retain and manage complex informationWhat you'll get in return This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive team in a Monday to Friday, 38-hour-per-week role.
