About the Role:
We are currently recruiting an experienced Fixed Plant Boilermaker to join our client's maintenance team.
This is a 7/7FIFO from roster Perth.
You will undertake fabrication, welding and repair work across fixed plant equipment and infrastructure, supporting plant reliability and safe, efficient processing operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Carry out fabrication, welding and repairs on fixed plant equipment and steel structuresRepair and replace worn components, including chutes, hoppers, guards and wear platesSupport planned maintenance,



shutdown activities and breakdown repairsRead and interpret technical drawings to complete fabrication and installation workInspect equipment and identify defects requiring repairWork closely with mechanical fitters, operators and supervisors to coordinate maintenance activitiesFollow site isolation, permit and hot work proceduresComplete maintenance records and maintain a protected, tidy work area
To Be Successful:
Cert III - Fabrication/Boilermaker TradePrevious fixed plant maintenance experience within mining or heavy industryStrong fabrication and welding skillsExperience working on processing equipment such as crushers, screens, conveyors and chutesAbility to read and interpret technical drawingsA strong commitment to safety and following site proceduresA reliable, team-focused approach and ability to work independentlyWillingness to undertake FIFO work in a remote mining environment
