Working to protect the state's environment and heritage.Help Drive Operational Excellence Through Exceptional Business SupportTemporary Full-time (35 hours per week) opportunity until September ****Located in Parramatta with hybrid working supportedSalary relative to experience, and ranges from $102,936 up to $113,579 pa plus superWe're looking for an Administration Officer to provide high-quality administrative support across a busy and dynamic team.As an Administration Officer, you will provide a broad range of administrative, financial, and secretariat services that support the effective delivery of business operations and program outcomes.You will play a key role in maintaining business systems, coordinating meetings and stakeholder activities, managing records and information, and ensuring processes are productive, compliant, and customer focused.Key responsibilities include:Coordinating meetings, workshops, and stakeholder engagements, including the preparation of agendas, papers, and minutes.Managing records, databases, and business information systems to ensure information is accurate, secure, and easily accessible.Supporting financial administration activities and coordinating finance management processes.Should you require further information about the role please contact Liesl Laker, A/Manager GreenPower Program, via About YouYou are a highly organised professional with excellent communication skills and a proven ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
